Advanced Triple Offset Butterfly Valves for Zero-Leakage Isolation

The SHIELD Triple Offset Butterfly Valve (TOV) is an advanced industrial valve designed for applications requiring zero leakage and high-performance sealing under extreme conditions. Unlike traditional butterfly valves, the TOV features three distinct offsets that eliminate friction between the disc and seat throughout the entire operation cycle. This innovative design ensures a long service life, reduces maintenance requirements, and provides bubble-tight shut-off even in the most demanding applications. The metal-to-metal sealing system is suitable for temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C) and high pressure ratings. The triple offset geometry means the disc only contacts the seat at the point of full closure, eliminating friction and wear during operation. The result is a valve that maintains its sealing integrity over thousands of cycles with minimal maintenance.

Metal-to-metal sealing ensures bubble-tight shut-off in both directions.
